Sampoorna Yoga — meaning “the yoga of fullness” — is a dynamic, invigorating class designed for intermediate to advanced students. This practice blends strength-building sequences, deep stretches, and mindful breathwork, guiding you back to the roots of classic yoga. Expect a challenging yet balanced flow that cultivates power, flexibility, and inner stillness. This class is typically 1 hour and 5 minutes.
Chair Yoga – This supportive practice uses a chair as the main prop, making it ideal for those with stiff knees, injuries, or anyone who prefers to avoid floor work. It’s an active class focused on stretching, strengthening, breathing, and releasing tension, with some standing poses included to build balance and stability. This class allows for a longer Savasana at the end for valuable rest and renewal time. Chair Yoga is also a valuable complement to a regular practice. Sessions typically last 1 hour and 15 minutes.

A monthly unlimited pass of regularly scheduled classes, good for 1 month. Pass can be discounted for Seniors over 65 ($5.00 off), but this is an only in studio option. This doesn't include any workshops or special events.
